OutageWorks™ is a comprehensive, web-enabled software system that supports the business process of planning, approving, and implementing transmission and generation outage requests. It is designed to replace the legacy outage scheduling systems currently used by independent system operators (ISOs), regional transmission organizations (RTOs), transmission operators, and power generators.

With OutageWorks, the often complex process of coordinating and executing planned outages is effectively streamlined, reducing both operating costs and the risks associated with scheduling errors.
