TradeAlly™

TradeAlly™ is Nexant's portal-based solution that enables residential, commercial, and industrial energy end-users to easily identify and select energy efficiency contractors in their utility service area. It allows contractors to apply for participation as trade allies in energy efficiency and demand side management programs within a given service area.

Local list contents are reflected in search results as well as in public "find a contractor" search results. In addition, specific local programs for which the listed trade allies have been approved are also reflected in search results.

TradeAlly provides a mechanism to track and monitor energy efficiency program participants, giving utilities the opportunity to select trade allies they want to promote. It supports participating contractors with a company profile, recognition, and information.

TradeAlly also integrates easily with call center applications and allows a utility to brand and customize the TradeAlly website with its own information so that the portal website appears to be a seamless extension of the utility’s website.

TradeAlly is available as a freestanding software solution or as an integrated module within the TrakSmart® product family.
