Nexant's TrakSmart® is an enterprise information system for managing a utility's portfolio of DSM programs. The software brings all data and activities into a central database and automates the workflow for each program. With all data in a single repository, standard and ad hoc reports can provide critical information in real time to all stakeholders. For example, net present value of ongoing programs can be updated to evaluate and adjust target versus actual performance. Valuable marketing information can be gathered via automatically generated web forms, which can then support the marketing and design of new programs with verifiable and quantifiable data.

Nexant's RevenueManager™ is the leading customer care, pricing and billing software for energy retailers. It is implemented in the utility as an add-on to the traditional CIS to provide flexible billing capability. The software can calculate billing determinants related to dynamic pricing, demand response settlement and credits for energy efficiency.
