Senior Marketing Manager, Utility Services

Kelly believes everyone involved in DSM programs is responsible for clear communications, and her role is to support them by helping them translate complex information into simple, digestible, and actionable messages. Her focus is on collaborating with Nexant’s utility clients to develop creative customer and partner engagement strategies. She supports a myriad of residential, commercial, and industrial energy efficiency and renewable energy programs throughout the country. With 15 years of professional communications and project management experience, she has dedicated the majority of her career to promoting DSM programs for more than 100 Investor Owned Utilities (IOU), Municipalities, and Cooperatives. Kelly is also responsible for serving as program marketing subject-matter expert in strategy, staffing coordination, best practices, continuous improvement, innovation, and business development. Prior to joining Nexant, Kelly was a Marketing and then Project Manager at Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation (WECC). There she specialized in client relations, cross-sector marketing/program management, and marketing/outreach strategic planning for energy efficiency and renewable energy programs in Wisconsin. She holds a BBA in Marketing and Management & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin—Madison School of Business.
