CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER—SALT LAKE CITY, UT

We are currently seeking a customer service manager for our Salt Lake City, UT office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise up to ten employees at once
  • Manage customer service call center
  • Act as direct point of contact between accounts payable and rebate fulfillment team
  • Manage a database of standard rebate requirements for each account (conditions vary by client)
  • Oversee rebate processing activities
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing system of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Account experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Superior organization, prioritization and attention-to-detail skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients as well as with all levels of internal employees
  • Self-motivation and exceptional follow-though skills are a must
  • Ability to work through difficult situations in a professional manner
