REBATE PROCESSING COORDINATOR—SALT LAKE CITY, UT

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate who will be responsible for reviewing, verifying, processing, and tracking rebate applications. This position is based in Salt Lake City, UT

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as direct point of contact between accounts payable and rebate fulfillment team
  • Manage a database of standard rebate requirements for each account (conditions vary by client)
  • Maintain multiple tracking databases and verify completion of all data input fields prior to rebate approval
  • Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing system of applications, rebates, and other supporting documents
  • Manage rebate processing procedures to ensure timely payments
  • Additional duties including administrative support, as necessary

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in an accounts payable or accounting assistant position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients as well as with all levels of internal employees
  • Self-motivation and exceptional follow-though skills are a must
  • Ability to work through difficult situations in a professional manner
