Information Collected on our Websites. We use your personal information to build and maintain a relationship with you. We do not sell your personal information. When you subscribe to NexantThinking® Online, a user account name and password will be created by us once you have provided your name, company name, title, and email address. This user account enables us to provide you with online access to subscription reports that you have purchased from us.

We will keep your personal information confidential and will only use it to respond to your requests for information, to help you quickly find information on our site, and to otherwise communicate with you about our products, events, and services. Agents, contractors, and third party service providers of Nexant who have access to your personal information and prospect information are required to keep the information confidential and not use it for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Nexant. We may enhance or merge your information collected at our site with data from third parties for purposes of tailoring the information we communicate to you.

Nexant may collect personal information from you at a conference or event such as email addresses, first and last name, company name, and phone number. This is information you voluntarily provide to Nexant, typically in the form of a business card. Nexant may share this information internally for marketing purposes. In turn, Nexant may communicate with you about a conference or event Nexant attended, hosted, or co-sponsored. This may include information about the event's content, logistics, payment, updates, and any additional meetings, special demonstrations or other customer facilitation that we may provide related to your event registration
Opt-out & Unsubscribe. Periodically, we may send you information about our various products and services, or other products and services we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not want to be included on our marketing list, you can opt-out through the unsubscribe link contained in our emails or other instructions in our marketing materials, or by contacting us in accordance with the “How To Contact Nexant” section below. .
