ENERGY MANAGEMENT STRATEGY AND BUSINESS ASSESSMENTS

We work with both public and private clients to develop strategies to better manage their usage of electric energy, offering both strategic and technical expertise to identify opportunities for improving profitability through better infrastructure asset utilization, resource efficiency, and reduced energy costs.

Our solutions include energy efficiency and load management, distributed generation, and new energy supply options. We assist energy suppliers, distribution utilities, and customers to better understand and capitalize on emerging technologies and management practices as the energy industry continues to deregulate. We also specialize in designing and improving marketing and energy efficiency programs to help utilities and public agencies meet their strategic goals and regulatory commitments.

Commercial and industrial strategies. We develop energy cost reduction strategies for commercial and industrial customers with multiple sites. These strategies can include energy accounting programs, supplier competition, energy efficiency, operations and maintenance modifications, and alternative generation strategies, such as cogeneration and other distributed generation applications.

Utility strategies. We provide strategic planning support for emerging utility business development needs. We work with utility management, in both regulated and unregulated environments, to evaluate options for new services and new profit centers, as well as T&D infrastructure asset management opportunities.
