Nexant's 23rd ChemSystems Middle East Petrochemicals Planning Seminar will now take place at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dubai on 4th-5th November 2008. The theme of this event is "Next Steps for the Middle East—Beyond Commodities," reflecting the changes taking place in the role of the Middle East petrochemical industry and the global impact these changes are likely to have.
