Peter Noland Joins Nexant to Lead Business Development for Utility Services

Utility Market Expert to Help Build Customer Business Strategy, Grid Modernization and Customer Initiatives Practice Areas

SAN FRANCISCO – Nexant, a leading provider of proven, customer-centric services and solutions for utilities, today announced Peter Noland joined the company as Vice President of Business Development for Utility Services.

Leveraging his market strategy and business development expertise, Noland will help the company build its Utility Services practice areas focused on customer business strategy, grid modernization and customer initiatives. In his new role, Noland will advance opportunities in the U.S. and Canada for Nexant to help utilities manage complex regulatory and market requirements, improve planning and operations for transmission, distribution and demand management, and increase customer satisfaction.
 
Noland brings to Nexant deep utility experience, with a 15+ year record of developing service offerings and technology solutions for commercial, industrial and retail customers. His expertise includes utility customer strategies, energy efficiency markets, and energy and meter data management systems. Before joining Nexant, Noland was Senior Director at CLEAResult, where he led market strategy and business development for the company’s Pacific region. Before CLEAResult, he was Vice President of Strategic Planning, Marketing & Business Development for Richard Heath Associates (RHA).
