Shipley Energy Selects Nexant Software to Manage Prospecting, Customer Care, and Billing

Top-Ranked Shipley Energy Will Automate Mission-Critical Energy Retail Processes to Optimize Customer Relations, Increase Customer Satisfaction, and Target Regional Expansion with RevenueManager® from Nexant.

SAN FRANCISCO – Nexant, the global energy software and services company, announced today that Shipley Energy (Shipley), a top-ranked Pennsylvania-based retail energy company providing natural gas and electricity to customers in the northeastern U.S. markets, will license the Nexant RevenueManager® software platform to manage a customer self-service portal, customer care and billing, and prospecting for its residential and commercial natural gas and electricity customers.

The Nexant platform will enable Shipley Energy to expand into new markets and offer new products and services. Shipley Energy will also leverage the Nexant RevenueManager platform to full capacity by implementing its contract management module to streamline the quote-to-customer process for retail energy clients in existing and new territories.
