Information Collected on our Websites. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we obtain from individuals interacting with Nexant and its websites (including Training.nexant.com and NexantSubscriptions.com). This Policy does not apply to personal information we obtain in our capacity as an employer. Personal data, or personal information, means any information that by itself or in combination with other information, identifies or can reasonably be used to identify an individual, such as name, email address, telephone number, address, date of birth, your company’s name and its type of business, and your title. It does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

When you subscribe to NexantSubscriptions.com, a user account name and password will be created by us once you have provided your name, company name, title, and email address. This user account enables us to provide you with online access to subscription reports that you have purchased from us.

Use & Sharing of Information. We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
